These Card Buyback Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all cards and collections submitted to The Wright TCG ("The Wright TCG," "we," "us," or "our") through our Pokémon card buyback program ("Buyback Program").

By submitting a buyback request, shipping or delivering cards to The Wright TCG after approval, or otherwise participating in the Buyback Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Buyback Submission

Submitting a buyback form does not create a binding purchase agreement and does not guarantee that The Wright TCG will purchase your cards.

All submissions are subject to review and approval by The Wright TCG.

Do not ship your cards until your submission has been reviewed and you have received approval and shipping instructions from The Wright TCG.

The Wright TCG reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

2. Estimated Payout

Any payout displayed by our website, calculator, submission form, rate sheet, email, or other communication before physical inspection is an estimated payout only.

The estimated payout is based on the quantities, categories, conditions, languages, and other information provided by the seller.

The estimated payout is not a guaranteed purchase price or final offer.

The final payout may be adjusted after The Wright TCG receives, counts, authenticates, categorizes, and inspects the submitted cards.

3. Buyback Rates

Buyback rates are subject to change at any time.

The applicable rates and any rate-lock period will be identified in the seller's approval or other written communication from The Wright TCG.

If cards are shipped after an applicable approval or rate-lock period expires, current buyback rates may apply.

Cards submitted under an incorrect category may be reclassified and valued at the applicable rate.

4. Card Condition Requirements

Unless otherwise stated or approved in writing before shipment, cards submitted under our standard bulk buyback rates must be in Near Mint condition.

Near Mint cards should be clean and generally free from significant defects, including but not limited to:

• Creases or bends

• Water or moisture damage

• Writing or markings

• Peeling or separation

• Significant edge or corner wear

• Heavy whitening

• Significant scratches

• Significant dents or impressions

• Major surface damage

• Other damage that materially affects the condition of the card

Minor manufacturing imperfections may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The seller's description of a card's condition is not binding on The Wright TCG. Final condition determination will be made by The Wright TCG after physical inspection.

Cards that do not meet the applicable condition requirements may be excluded from the purchase, reclassified, or offered a reduced payout.

5. Authenticity

All submitted cards must be authentic Trading Card Game products unless otherwise disclosed and expressly approved by The Wright TCG before shipment.

Counterfeit, reproduction, proxy, altered, or otherwise inauthentic cards are not eligible for standard buyback rates.

The Wright TCG reserves the right to reject any card that we reasonably believe is counterfeit, altered, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.

6. Card Language

Published buyback rates apply only to card languages specifically accepted by The Wright TCG unless otherwise stated or approved in writing.

Cards submitted in an unapproved language may be excluded from the final payout or valued separately.

7. Quantities and Categories

The seller is responsible for providing a reasonable and accurate representation of the quantity and categories of cards being submitted.

All quantities and categories are subject to verification after receipt.

If the actual quantities differ from the quantities provided by the seller, the final payout will be calculated using the quantities verified by The Wright TCG.

Cards submitted under an incorrect category may be reclassified and valued at the applicable buyback rate.

8. Valuable Cards Included in Bulk Submissions

Bulk submissions are purchased according to the applicable bulk category and rate unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Sellers are responsible for reviewing their cards before submission and removing any cards they do not wish to sell at the applicable bulk rate.

The Wright TCG is not responsible for identifying or researching the individual market value of every card included in a bulk submission.

If The Wright TCG identifies and elects to separately value a higher-value card, doing so is at our discretion and does not create an obligation to individually research or evaluate every card contained in the submission.

9. Shipping Cards to The Wright TCG

Unless The Wright TCG expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the seller is responsible for all costs associated with shipping cards to The Wright TCG.

The seller is responsible for securely packaging the cards to protect them during transit.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and, when appropriate, insurance.

The seller assumes the risk of loss or damage while the package is in transit to The Wright TCG until delivery is confirmed, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

The Wright TCG is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered before confirmed delivery to us.

10. Inspection and Verification

After receiving a submission, The Wright TCG will inspect and verify the submitted cards.

Inspection may include, but is not limited to:

• Quantity

• Card category

• Condition

• Authenticity

• Language

• Eligibility under the applicable buyback rate

Processing and inspection times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the submission.

11. Final Payout or Adjusted Offer

After inspection and verification, The Wright TCG will determine the final payout.

If the submitted cards substantially match the information provided by the seller and meet all applicable requirements, the final payout may match the estimated payout.

If discrepancies are discovered, including differences in quantity, category, condition, authenticity, or eligibility, The Wright TCG may provide an adjusted final offer.

12. Acceptance of an Adjusted Offer

When an adjusted final offer is required, the seller will be given an opportunity to accept or decline the adjusted offer.

If the seller accepts the adjusted offer, The Wright TCG will issue payment using an available payment method.

Upon issuance of payment, ownership of the purchased cards transfers to The Wright TCG.

Once payment has been issued and ownership has transferred, the sale is final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Declining an Adjusted Offer and Return Shipping

If the seller declines an adjusted final offer and requests that the submitted cards be returned, the seller is responsible for all return shipping costs unless The Wright TCG agrees otherwise in writing.

The Wright TCG may require payment of the applicable return shipping cost before the cards are returned.

Cards will be returned using a shipping method selected or approved by The Wright TCG.

The seller assumes the risk associated with return shipment after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Seller Response Period

If The Wright TCG requires the seller to accept or decline an adjusted offer, the seller must respond within 14 calendar days after the adjusted offer is sent.

If the seller does not respond, The Wright TCG may attempt to contact the seller again using the contact information provided with the submission.

The Wright TCG will handle unclaimed property in accordance with applicable law.

Any applicable return shipping costs remain the seller's responsibility where permitted by law.

15. Payment

Payment will only be issued after the cards have been received, inspected, verified, and the final purchase amount has been established.

Available payment methods will be communicated to the seller.

The seller is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

The Wright TCG is not responsible for payment delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by the seller or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

16. Seller Ownership and Authority

By participating in the Buyback Program, the seller represents and warrants that:

• The seller owns the submitted cards or has legal authority to sell them.

• The submitted cards are not stolen.

• The submitted cards are not subject to another person's ownership claim, lien, or security interest.

• The seller has legal authority to enter into the transaction.

• Information provided in connection with the submission is accurate to the best of the seller's knowledge.

The Wright TCG may reject a submission if we reasonably believe there is an ownership, authenticity, fraud, or other legal concern.

17. Seller Age Requirement

Sellers must be at least 18 years old to independently participate in The Wright TCG Buyback Program.

Individuals under 18 may only participate if the submission and transaction are completed by their parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable law.

18. Packaging Requirements

Sellers are responsible for packaging cards securely and appropriately.

Cards should be packaged in a manner that minimizes movement, bending, moisture exposure, and other potential shipping damage.

The seller should include any submission number, packing slip, or other identifying information requested in the approval instructions.

Failure to follow packaging instructions may result in processing delays.

19. Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on submission size, submission volume, condition, sorting requirements, holidays, and other circumstances.

Any processing-time estimate provided by The Wright TCG is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

20. Website, Calculator, and Pricing Errors

The Wright TCG reserves the right to correct obvious typographical, mathematical, technical, or pricing errors appearing on our website, forms, calculators, rate sheets, emails, or other materials.

If an error materially affects an approved submission, The Wright TCG will notify the seller before completing the purchase.

21. Privacy

Information submitted through the Buyback Program will be handled in accordance with The Wright TCG's Privacy Policy.

Information collected may include contact information, shipping information, payment information, submission details, communications, and other information reasonably necessary to review and complete the transaction.

22. Changes to These Terms

The Wright TCG may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applicable to a submission will generally be the version in effect when the submission is approved, unless otherwise disclosed or required by law.

The current version of these Terms will be made available on our website with its effective or last-updated date.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions conducted through The Wright TCG Buyback Program are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable buyback submission, approved rates, Privacy Policy, and any written instructions or additional terms provided by The Wright TCG for the applicable transaction, constitute the agreement between the seller and The Wright TCG concerning that buyback submission.

Seller Acknowledgments

Before submitting a buyback request, the seller must acknowledge the following:

☐ Card Requirements: I have reviewed the card requirements and believe my submitted cards meet those requirements.

☐ Estimated Payout: I understand that the calculated payout is an estimate, not a guaranteed purchase price, and the final payout will be determined after my cards are received and verified.

☐ Shipping Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with shipping my cards to The Wright TCG. If I decline the final offer or request that my cards be returned for any reason, I understand that I am also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

☐ Age: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into this transaction, or that the transaction is being completed by my parent or legal guardian as permitted by The Wright TCG.
